Orders & Payment

  2. Payment must be made in full at checkout; no installment plans are offered.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. SEREIN ships worldwide. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
  2. Shipping costs, customs, and duties are included in the product price.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of Baroque pearls and all of our pieces are handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds.

Returns/refunds are only accepted in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items shipped

In eligible cases, SEREIN will provide replacement items or refunds at its discretion. Proof of damage or error may be required. Gift items follow the same return policy. Users may apply discount or promo codes at checkout; terms and expiration of codes are as specified.
