We want you to love your piece, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

All of our pieces are handmade, and each Baroque pearl has its own shape, thus, we do not offer returns or refunds for reason include:

  • Change of mind
  • The preference regarding the shape or appearance of the received pearl
  • The pearl’s shape differs from the product photos or model images
  • Purchase wrong items

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and photos, and reach out with any questions before purchase, so you can fully appreciate the unique beauty of your piece.

However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund—no need to return the original item. Please contact us at [email] within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number & photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer free replacement or refunds — all the costs will be covered by us.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. We kindly ask you carefully review your order before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items
